The Department
CAA Brand Consulting is a strategy-led, full-service marketing agency with expertise in Cultural and Consumer Insights, Data and Analytics, Talent/Influencer and Property Partnership Advisory, Experiential, Social Impact, Creative Services, and Content and Digital Strategy. The Role
The Brand Consulting Senior Account Executive will play a key role in one of our largest Brand Consulting clients, a healthcare company. The Sr. Account Executive will support in the day-to-day management and activation of marquee sports and entertainment properties in the brand’s portfolio. The candidate will interface day-to-day with the client and will work cross functionally with internal/external vendors, partners, and agencies.
Responsibilities
Serve as day-to-day account team support while establishing strong professional relationships with key personnel across assigned accounts and properties
Work with cross-functional teams and external partners on all aspects of project management to ensure client expectations are met
Support overall planning of campaigns, events and activations, working with internal account team, client team and external agencies
Maintain project trackers including timelines, ensuring team deliverables on submitted on schedule
Aid in development & manage day to day execution of property-specific programs, contractual assets, promotions & experiential activations
Leads strategic planning and execution of experiential/event activations and community programming around marquee partnership tentpoles/ programming in collaboration with experiential production teams
Aid in development of integrated marketing and sponsorship activation plans, showcasing how digital, social, PR, and other channels come to life
Assist with recommendation, negotiation and management of talent deals
Oversee & facilitate the creative development process of marketing materials, experiential assets and event-related creative (includes briefing designers & obtaining internal & client approvals)
Work with other team functions (e.g. Creative, Experiential, Social Impact, Insights / trends, etc.) to ensure goals and objectives are met
Develop and deliver compelling written and verbal communications
Create presentations for key meetings internally and externally
Track activation budgets with accountability for reporting
Develop relationships across CAA to find and promote new opportunities to client
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
2-3 years of experience in sports partnership management
Background in experiential/event planning
Best-in-class client servicing and relationship building
Exceptional project management and prioritization skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to “think on one’s feet” in a fast-paced, agency environment
Ability to balance and progress multiple projects and project components at one time, on tight timelines
Solution oriented
Ability to travel and attend work events outside normal business hours on an as needed basis (holidays, weekends, nights)
