Edits functional descriptions, system specifications,</p> <p>user manuals, special reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents. Provides support in</p> <p>performing financial and administrative tasks. Under general supervision, is responsible for preparing</p> <p>and/or maintaining systems, programming, and operations documentation, procedures and methods.</p> <p>Maintains a current internal documentation library. Provides or coordinates special documentation services</p> <p>as required.</p> <ul> <li>Expert experience assisting with the creation, maintenance, and analysis of technical documentation</li> </ul> <p>and information, including presentations and reports, involving document assembly, editing, and</p> <p>related administrative and financial support.</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in organizational change management standards</li> <li>Proficiency in IT project management experience using various Microsoft and graphic tools</li> <li>Ability to create, critique, and update programmatic briefings and ghost emails for consumption by</li> </ul> <p>senior management.</p> <ul> <li>Change agent with the ability to implement strategies to affect change and guiding teams to adapt</li> </ul> <p>change</p> <ul> <li>
