Senior Associate - Master Data Management

<h2>Overview</h2> <p>A <strong>Senior Associate Master Data Management</strong> is a fully competent professional, who possesses and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of master data objects. She/He also performs daily MD tasks and generates ad-hoc data extracts. Requires the readiness and capability of the completion of difficult assignments. </p> <p> </p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p><strong>YOU will be involved in the following tasks:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Executes and processes various types of MD requests, complying with SOX and audit requirements</li> <li>Contributes, performs and if needed assists project activities</li> <li>Ensures quality of master data in SAP, support ongoing maintenance and data integrity</li> <li>Provides help in maintaining the departmental policies, training documents and performance metrics</li> <li>Provides training to other team members in the organization</li> <li>Performs routine reporting (KPIs, other MD related reports) and mass changes on MD objects</li> <li>If needed manages independently sub-projects and small work task within relevant MD area</li> <li>Expert in Master Data quality and business rules</li> <li>Understands and able to address/cleanse SAP Master Data duplications</li> <li>Executes small work items within relevant MD area with limited support</li> <li>Helps in coordinating Master Data junior resources</li> <li>Supports processes, changes as tester</li> <li>Assists in yearly and ad hoc audit requests</li> </ul> <h2>Qualifications</h2> <p><strong>What YOU will bring to the team:</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>2-3 years of MD, or relevant experience</li> <li>Excel knowledge </li> <li>PTP, OTC or Supply Chain relevant work experience</li> <li>Ability to work under supervision, be a self-starter, and able to work in a team environment</li> <li>Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills</li> <li>Customer centric, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills</li> <li>Proactive, positive (can do and will do attitude) result oriented personality</li> <li>Excellent business communication skills in English both written and oral </li> <li>Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and effectively meet deadlines</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and to successfully interact and communicate to all levels of an organization</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> In exchange we offer YOU the following benefits:</strong></p> <p>• Cafeteria and Private Health Care Insurance• Flexible working arrangements and home office possibilities• Structured onboarding support• Diverse career paths (people management, subject matter expert)• Development opportunities (free language courses, online learning courses)• Company events, CSR activities and possibility to join social groups</p>
