<h2><span>We are looking for a…Senior Product Manager (German-speaking)</span></h2><span>Join us to lead client projects in a service-driven environment, ensuring high-quality delivery across discovery, planning, and execution phases. You’ll work independently, managing teams and stakeholders with confidence, and taking ownership of outcomes from day one.</span><h3><span>In this role, you will: </span></h3><span>Project Leadership &amp; Ownership</span><ul><li><span>Own client engagements end to end, from initial scoping and building the right team to delivery and post-launch review.</span></li><li><span>Plan and lead workshops to shape goals, scope, and roadmaps in collaboration with client stakeholders.</span></li><li><span>Turn strategic goals into clear delivery plans that balance feasibility, transparency, and measurable outcomes.</span></li></ul><span>Product &amp; Delivery Management</span><ul><li><span>Break down roadmaps into clear epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional requirements, anchored in user needs.</span></li><li><span>Set up and guide delivery teams, ensuring a shared understanding of priorities, user value and success metrics.</span></li><li><span>Track progress against scope, budget, and timeline, while spotting and addressing blockers before they become risks.</span></li></ul><span>Stakeholder Management</span><ul><li><span>Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, trust, and aligned expectations throughout the project.</span></li><li><span>Communicate proposals, technical topics, and progress updates in a clear and engaging way that connects to business needs and is easy to understand.</span></li><li><span>Adapt to changing requirements while keeping delivery focused on creating business value.</span></li></ul><span>Cross-functional Collaboration</span><ul><li><span>Collaborate with designers and engineering leads to integrate usability and feasibility into user journeys, making sure the product vision is both user-centered and technically achievable.</span></li><li><span>Partner with engineers in day-to-day work to ensure smooth integration, efficient delivery, and ongoing alignment between design and implementation.</span></li><li><span>Foster a culture of open communication and shared accountability within the team.</span><br/><br/></li></ul><span>Ways of Working &amp; Continuous Improvement</span><ul><li><span>Use agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid) to structure work effectively and adaptively, creating enough process to support client-facing environments.</span></li><li><span>Encourage open exchange with the team, noticing when someone is stuck and removing blockers early so delivery stays smooth.</span></li><li><span>Gather feedback from clients and users to keep improving both the product and the way of working.</span></li></ul><h3><span>You should bring:</span></h3><ul><li><span>Proven experience managing digital product or platform initiatives, ideally from a consulting, agency, or service-led environment.</span></li><li><span>Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly.</span></li><li><span>Experience scoping and leading projects end-to-end, from putting the right team together to balancing budgets and keeping delivery on track.</span></li><li><span>A structured yet flexible mindset that navigates complexity and guides teams toward clear outcomes.</span></li><li><span>Hands-on understanding of agile methods and what it truly takes to bring products to life.</span></li><li><span>Excellent communication skills, both in German (fluent/native) and English (proficient).</span></li><li><span>A hands-on, pragmatic approach, ready to dive in with the team and get things moving</span></li><li><span>The will to mentor and enable teams, supporting junior and mid-level colleagues where applicable</span></li><li><span>A passion for cross-functional teamwork, uniting designers, engineers, and business minds to deliver real impact.</span></li><li><span><span></span><span>Location: Remote/Hybrid (Berlin-based preferred).
