Job Overview:

The Regional Branch Administrative Manager will be responsible for leading employee affiliation branch office support staff. The Branch Administrative Manager will provide support to employee affiliation offices and teams including but not limited to, direct management of Client Service Associates and office support staff, coordinate Financial Advisor support efforts delivered through our Client Service Associates, Service and Operations Teams, and collaborate with various business partners to support the ongoing expansion of our national employee affiliation footprint.

Responsibilities:


• Manage the Client Service Associates and office support staff
• Lead branch office administrative projects and initiatives for our Employee Model advisor teams
• Advocate and act as a liaison to our various Home Office departments, namely operations and service groups, on behalf of our Employee Affiliation Model
• Partner with the Branch Admin Leadership team in the program design and leadership of our Client Associates
• Drive workflow efficiencies and professional development opportunities for the support staff
• Establish and manage framework to assess evolving advisor needs and drive continuous improvement of the channel operating model

Requirements:
• 2+ years brokerage/financial services industry knowledge
• FINRA Series 7/66 or completion of licenses within 90 days
• 2+ years knowledge and breadth of experience in financial services with background across both W2 and 1099 advisor models
• Ability to travel up to 40% throughout the year

Core Competencies:

• Self-starter with a strong branch operations background and proven ability to lead work efforts across multiple internal organizations

• Strong customer focus, excellent verbal and written communication skills and extremely organized
• Strong analytical, strategic planning skills and relationship management skills
• Proven ability to independently and efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast- paced environment

Preferences:

• Experience collaborating with and leading individuals across functional areas
• Demonstrated ability to establish productive relationships and interact effectively with business partners at all levels

• FINRA Series 24, 9/10
• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Business, Accounting or Finance

Pay Range:

$96,188-$160,313/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
