We’re looking for a Software Engineer to build Android/AOSP/AAOS apps, frameworks, and SDKs that deliver a seamless, Scout-branded HMI experience.</p> <h4>What you’ll do</h4> <p>Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck &amp; rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:</p> <ul> <li>Design and implement Kotlin/Java Android apps and frameworks for infotainment</li> <li>Deliver features quickly using test-driven development</li> <li>Collaborate with UX, product, instrument cluster, and mobile teams to ensure end-to-end quality</li> <li>Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and team best practices</li> </ul> <p><strong>Location &amp; Travel Expectations</strong>:</p> <ul> <li>This role will be based out of the Scout Motors location in Fremont, California.</li> <li>This role requires 4-5 days per week in the office, with regular in-person meetings and events.&nbsp;</li> <li>Applicants should expe
