Identifies local data science <span>possibilities/initiatives/requests</span> in collaboration with local team, DD&amp;T, Engineering, Quality and global Data Science.</p><p></p><h1>How you will contribute:</h1><ul><li><p>Provide technical support to manufacturing processes, investigation, yield optimization, process monitoring and support internal and/or external functional/ multifunctional teams in trouble shooting and problem solving</p></li><li><p>Identify patterns, trends and anomalies in batch data providing valuable insights into process variability, process performance and product quality</p></li><li><p>Support and drive the Manufacturing Science department activities (i.e. yield improvement projects, process robustness initiatives, process monitoring and CPV) and the site initiatives (i.e. cycle time reduction projects) with advanced data analysis (Machine Learning) and promote use off the shelf data analysis software (Minitab, SIMCA, Qlik, …)</p></li><li><p>Drive and support local digital data science initiatives according to prioritization (e.g. Yield Improvement, real-time monitoring, predictive process performance etc.).</p></li><li><p>Expand and unlock new knowledge for effective process monitoring and process improvement optimizations (e.g. descriptive statistics and visualization, statistical process control, <span>out-of-the-box-tools).</span></p></li><li><p>Provide technical support to manufacturing processes, investigation, yield optimization and process monitoring with advanced data analysis.</p></li><li><p>Own and maintain Manufacturing Science/ Manufacturing related dataset</p></li><li><p>Manage investigations and support internal and/or external functional/ multifunctional teams in trouble shooting and problem solving</p></li><li><p>Translate business problems into opportunities and effectively communicate findings with stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>Gathers and identify local data science <span>possibilities/initiatives/requests</span> in collaboration with local team, DD&amp;T, Engineering, Quality and global GMS data science.</p></li><li><p>Supports and participates in <span>global/functional/local</span> GMS data science community</p></li><li><p>Support in maintaining the GMP archive for the group, including responsibility of document withdrawal and destroy</p></li><li><p>Responsible for day-to-day operation of local data science function, covering all data science levels and related technologies.</p></li></ul><p></p><h1>What you bring to Takeda:</h1><ul><li><p>Master or PhD degree in technical/scientific education, preferably pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, biotechnology, bioinformatics or pharma - process engineering</p></li><li><p>Previous experienc
