We focus on consulting services around the topics of agile transformation, change management, training and coaching. As part of our global team, you'll work with cutting-edge technology and have the opportunity to develop a variety of new skills while working for the world's most respected companies.</p><p> </p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Support agile transformation projects at team and portfolio level</li><li>Work in Agile coaching engagements, including Agile-at-Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Nexus, or Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)</li><li>Take on central roles in Agile Delivery Engagements, e.g. as Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner</li><li>Support Lean Portfolio Management Projects</li><li>Take responsibility for your work results in terms of time, quality and effort</li><li>Fulfill an advisory role for our client managers and support colleagues in our practice</li><li>Contribute to our thought leadership, develop intellectual property and methods &amp; tools</li><li>5+ years of experience in agile delivery and transformation</li><li>Experience and expertise in common Agile methods and procedures (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, DevOps, Product Centricity)</li><li>At least one recognized Agile qualification or certification (e.g., PSM or SAFe Scrum Master)</li><li>Implementation experience using recognized agile methodologies</li><li>Proven experience in agile coaching at team level</li><li>Strong team player with a high willingness to take on responsibility</li><li>Strong communication skills in German and English</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Your profile</strong></p><p>We are looking for agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or freelance experience.</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong></p><p>Infosys Consulting strives to empower their employees from all backgrounds to thrive, to grow in their careers, and to make a real, visible impact within the organization and beyond.
