The position
As a Senior Project Controller at Novo Nordisk, the candidate will:

• Drive project controls in the areas of cost management, earned value, planning and scheduling, risk management, and scope and change management.
• Be responsible for their project area, ensuring robust control and delivering reliable data.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Controls team to ensure effective project management and control.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting on project performance, including cost, schedule, and risk analysis.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support project managers in making informed decisions by providing financial analysis and insights.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, the candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in economics or from a technical University.
• Proven experience in project controls, preferably in a large-scale project environment.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, earned value analysis, planning and scheduling techniques, risk management, and scope and change management.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
