We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the beauty and consumer goods industries. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end execution of new product development, owning project timelines, and ensuring alignment across teams including product development, packaging, marketing, supply chain, and external partners.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment and brings a strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage complexity, anticipate challenges, and drive projects forward. This individual will play a critical role in bringing products to market—overseeing all phases from formulation and packaging through to launch execution—while ensuring cross-functional accountability and on-time delivery.

Hybrid: 1 day a week at our facility in Somerset, NJ

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Lead and Manage multiple new product development projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring timely and successful delivery 
• Own and drive master project timelines across multiple simultaneous launches; proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate appropriately
• Manage relationships with external partners including contract manufacturers, packaging vendors, and supply chain partners to ensure quality and on-time execution 
• Drive cross-functional alignment through clear communication, structured processes, and regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership 
• Lead product launch readiness, ensuring all components—from formulation to packaging to go-to-market execution—are fully aligned and delivered

What You’ll Need to Have:

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, product development, packaging, or supply chain within beauty or CPG
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
