Market Summary:
Our newest internal growth opportunity is targeted toward our Team Members who gravitate toward entrepreneurial experiences and high standards of execution. The selected Team Member(s) will gain a subject-matter-expert level understanding of the radiopharmaceutical space within the advanced therapy market from one of the biggest names in this field.
Indianapolis has multiple radiopharma’s operating at various levels of commercial capability. Additionally, there are two other radiopharma’s seeking land to build within the city, where one is the first formal CDMO with guaranteed work from leading Cancer Centers.
Radiopharmaceutical/nuclear medicine will have a long-term stamp on Indianapolis due to the logistical challenges of this proven therapy, with Indianapolis having a key geography to support a complex supply chain. Team Member(s) selected will become some of the first PF Leaders in this Market and will be enabled in their long-term success by the technical exposure to radiopharma & tapped/untapped potential in this city.

The city is situated an easy commute from Chicago, Louisville, and Cincinnati but has exceptional attractions of its own mixed with a lower cost of living in most areas of the city. Indianapolis (Indy) is considered the Racing Capital of the World, is home to the world’s largest children’s museum, and has an exceptional collegiate and professional sports presence. Indy has several of the desirable features of larger cities including diverse restaurants & nightlife, competitive academic options, and a continually growing economy.
Position Summary

Additionally, this Team Member will have a strategic mindset, creative solutions, critical thinking and problem solving skills, and ability to lead by example.
This Team Member will work collaboratively with partners, vendors, contractors, and other Project Farma Team Members to further our mission of accelerating market access for next-generation medicines. The Team Member is responsible for delivering high quality work, building valuable long-term relationships with our partners and supporting business development opportunities, all while continually strengthening their technical and industry knowledge in a growing and evolving field. The Team Member will maintain a strong focus on Project Farma’s Patient Focused philosophy and represent the organization in alignment with our values.
Essential Functions
- Excellence in Technical Delivery
- Create, update, and present work projections and progress reports
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Validation, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering to:
- Provide hands-on support navigating the life cycle of cutting-edge equipment
- Author and execute technical documents such as SOPs, protocols, summary reports, etc.
- Support the overall development of pharmaceutical biomanufacturing programs
- Continually develop technical aptitude of PF's core capabilities including but not limited to:
- Project Management
- Cell and Gene Therapy
- Capital Projects
Preferred Experience (or combination of)
- Former experience with Project Farma University
- Prior experience with the PF mentorship program
- Local CARES committee volunteer
- Leadership in other internal programs
Duration: 2 years
Location: Onsite in Indianapolis, Indiana (Relocation assistance provided by Project Farma)
