Moog’s Military Aircraft Group (MAG) is a world-wide leader of advanced flight controls and actuation for military aircraft. We are positioned on virtually every aircraft flying today, supplying highly reliable systems that are supportable and add significant value for our customers.

We’re building a Business Transformation Team to simplify operations, optimize program lifecycles, and align planning across MAG. As part of this effort, we’re hiring a Program Manager – 80/20 Business Transformation to lead the deployment of our 80/20 strategy across divisions, sites, and functions. This role is located in East Aurora, New York and reports to the Business Transformation Director, Military Aircraft Group.

As a Program Manager – 80/20 Business Transformation your key responsibilities will be:

• Develop and lead MAG’s 80/20 deployment strategy and playbook in partnership with the Transformation Director and MAG Leadership Team

• Drive consistent execution of 80/20 across all MAG divisions, sites, and functions

• Embed 80/20 simplification into daily operations and culture

• Identify and track KPIs to measure deployment velocity and impact

• Provide financial and analytical insights to prioritize high-impact 80/20 initiatives

• Use internal and Voice of Customer (VoC) data to identify strategic needs

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team

To be considered for this role, here’s what you’ll need to bring with you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or Engineering; MBA preferred

• 8+ years of experience in program/project management, finance, or operations

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional global teams

• Strong communicator with a strategic mindset and ability to simplify complex topics

• Comfortable with ambiguity and driving new processes

• Willingness to relocate to East Aurora and work on-site

It would be great if you also had:

• Familiarity with 80/20 principles and deployment

• Aerospace and defense industry experience

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $140,000.00–$180,000.00 Annually

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, employee stock purchase plan, an open paid time off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
