Administrative Intern (Menard USA)

As part of your internship, you will be exposed to some of the following experiences:  

• Support the design, estimating, and operations teams with on-going ground improvement projects. 
• Perform documentation of quality control tasks from the field including the review of drill logs and production tracking. 
• Assist designers and project managers with submittal preparation and data analysis. 
• Support the sales team by composing pre-bid evaluations, estimates, and proposals. 
• Tracking invoices, requesting certificate of insurance documentation, and one calls. 
• Updating case studies and presentations. 
• Updating team resumes and organizing PE licenses and renewals.
