The specialist will work closely with subject matter experts to understand the objectives, target audience, and business questions that the dashboard can help solve. The specialist will utilize information from the subject matter experts to develop written training material. The specialist will collaborate and provide feedback on scripts for the video tutorials, ensure clarity and ease of understanding, interview subject matter experts as needed, and edit the videos to make them professional.</p><p><b>Come for a job, stay for a career!</b></p><p></p><p><b>A Day in The Life Of:</b></p><ul><li>Partner with subject matter experts to understand the objectives, target audience, and business questions that the dashboard can help solve.</li><li>Develop written training materials based on inputs from subject matter experts.</li><li>Collaborate to write scripts for video tutorials that are clear, concise, and easy to understand.</li><li>Review scripts provided by subject matter experts and provide feedback to ensure clarity and ease of understanding.</li><li>Support recording and edit video tutorials to make them more professional and engaging.</li><li>Collaborate with other members of the analytics training team to ensure consistency across all training packages</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Key Skills &amp; Experience </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. communications, journalism, instructional design) or equivalent experience.</li><li>3-5 years’ experience in developing written training materials and video editing/production</li><li>Experience creating and editing video tutorials or other training content.</li><li>Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts for a non-technical audience.</li><li>Experience working with subject matter experts to translate technical information into clear, easy-to-understand language.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Expertise in video production practices, conducting interviews, and virtual recording with platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Screencasting software</li><li>Experience with audio and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve</li><li>Skilled in Microsoft Office platforms (e.g. Teams, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel)</li><li>Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Physical Job Requirements</b><br/><br/>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><h1><b>Benefits &amp; Compensation</b></h1><p><b>Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package</b><br/>A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
