<p><span>Within EY-Parthenon, the <strong>Transaction Diligence</strong> team aims to assist clients, both private equity firms and corporate clients, <strong>throughout the whole transaction process</strong>. Whilst traditional <strong>financial due diligence</strong> is a key element of the service, transaction support is much broader, incorporating assistance with <strong>business plan assessment</strong>, including support to the <strong>transaction management</strong>, <strong>negotiation</strong> and <strong>documentation</strong>, and <strong>post-completion integration</strong>.</span></p>

<p><span>We have ambitious plans, and we are seeking for <strong>highly performing professionals</strong>, with <strong>experience and/or an interest in Financial Due Diligence </strong>to join our <strong>offices in Athens or Thessaloniki</strong>.</span></p>

<p><strong><span>What we look for</span></strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span>Excellent academic background, including a <strong>bachelor’s degree</strong> from a top tier university in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Economics, or </span><span>other related field with a strong quantitative focus</span></li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li><span>Strong relevant working experience, </span><span>ideally in a, Corporate Finance department, or Big4 professional services firm</span></li>
<li><span>Excellent <strong>written and verbal skills</strong> both in Greek and English</span></li>
<li><span>Advanced knowledge in <strong>MS Office packages</strong>, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint</span></li>
<li><span>Strong <strong>numerical / analytical ability</strong> and a sound grasp of financial accounting</span></li>
