You will cooperate closely with both development team and business owners to provide solutions that meet the established business goal.</span></p> <p><br/><span><strong>Your key responsibilities</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Understand the business needs, define &amp; manage requirements and present them to stakeholders and development team</span></li> <li><span>Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment </span></li> <li><span>Work with data, provide analysis and solutions to existing problems</span></li> <li><span>Ensure accessibility requirements are met</span></li> <li><span>Support error management, versioning, data binding and quality assurance</span></li> </ul> <p><br/><span><strong>Skills and attributes for success</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Good analytical, communication and organizational skills (meetings facilitations, ability to align with key stakeholders in Front Office &amp; IT)</span></li> <li><span>Ability to analyse and document processes and flows</span></li> <li><span>Experience with Business Process Modelling, UML (2.x)</span></li> <li><span>Experience with project tracking (e.g. Jira) and knowledge management (e.g. Confluence) tools</span></li> <li><span>Familiarity with Software Architecture, Usability concepts</span></li> <li><span>Skilled in creating, maintaining and managing product backlog</span></li> <li><span>Experience working in international projects in agile / scrum methodology</span></li> </ul> <p><br/><span><strong>To qualify for the role, you must have</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Science, other Technical qualification</span></li> <li><span>3+ years in a corporate IT environment in a similar position</span></li> <li><span>Practical knowledge of UML</span></li> <li><span>Programming/data base experience </span></li> <li><span>Good English (B2) language verbal and written communication is a must</span></li> <li><span>Good German (B2: ability to write, read documentation in German) language verbal and written communication is a must</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><strong>Ideally, you’ll also have</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Ability to deal well with ambiguity</span></li> </ul> <p><br/><span><strong>What we look for </strong></span></p> <p><br/><span>As we are a dynamic team of passionate specialists, and we work in international teams all over the world, we will look for the same business acumen.
