Position Overview:

As a Security Account Manager, you will manage the security services and related operation services provided to an assigned account. This includes; client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training

In the event of uncertainty or lack of knowledge of company policies and procedures, associates are required to request clarification or explanations from superiors or authorized company representatives. 

 

  1. Responsible for the retention, scheduling, and training of 25-35 employees at any given time. Ensuring that their abilities are in accordance with the expectations of the client regarding proprietary software and standard operating procedures.

 

  1. Acting HR liaison for all Securitas employees staffed on-site. Duties include, but are not limited to, role assessments, counseling, and 1-1 training.

 

  1. Responsible for maintaining the appropriate skill sets as outlined for a security officer, receptionist, supervisor, or communications officer in the event of any shift coverage needs.

 

  1. Spearheaded the conversion from the i-Visitor visitor access software to BreezN and subsequently SV3. 

 

  1. Instituted alarm response procedure for the SiPass audit trail related to access of the Westbrook facility.

 

  1. Required to troubleshoot access control issues with Siemens and WinDSX affiliated vendors both on-site and off. 

 

  1. Responsible for the compiling, tracking and incident auditing of all client related disruptions to business continuity, potential or otherwise, which is then disseminated to the communications team for presentation.

 

  1. Instituted Team & Shift/Site Supervisor notification updates outlining all procedural, operational, and event-based changes, needs, and updates on a weekly basis.

 

  1. Established the Daily Position Checklist and Badge Generation Trackers for retention purposes to ensure all employees are regularly checking necessary access to applications and to create a timeline of need for potential badge conversion, respectively.

 

  1. Responsible for the delegation and training in all Contractor Safety Training and Approving Authority document retention policies. Responsible for the routine auditing and compliance of the said safety training. 

 

  1. Acting law enforcement and government agency liaison in conjunction with internal leadership for the Westbrook World Campus.

 

  1. Established quarterly Approving Authority and Alarm Escalation Site Contacts audits to coincide with the already existing Quarterly Access Audit.

 

  1. Created standard operating procedure official documentation for the Westbrook Warehouse Cage Access Control and Concentra Requests. Routinely requested to review standard operating procedure documentation for suggestion on improvement.

 

  1. Overhauled the existing training program and instituted monthly scenario trainings to better demonstrate the team’s abilities and any standing needs for improvement, encourage conversation regarding procedural improvement, as well as provide opportunities for cross-training to encourage promot
