WHAT YOU’LL DO:

The Chief of Staff will play a crucial role in supporting leadership in managing the key initiatives across a variety of functions, including operations, business development, and organizational strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage complex projects, and the aptitude to foster strong relationships across the organization. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, ensuring alignment of priorities, facilitating communication, and driving key initiatives to successful completion.

In this role, you will:

  • Strategic Support: Provide high-level strategic support to the CEO in decision-making, project management, and execution of company-wide initiatives.
  • Integration Management: Oversee and coordinate the integration process between Cicero and key partners, ensuring seamless operations and alignment of goals.
  • Communication: Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, briefings, and materials for executive meetings; track action items and follow-up on deliverables.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support the CEO in making informed decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align efforts and drive organizational goals.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the executive office.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Four (4) or more years of experience, in a similar role, preferably within the professional services or consulting industry
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
