Based in Chanhassen, MN, or Houston, TX, as the North America Measurement Solutions Lifecycle Services & Engineered Solutions Director, you'll orchestrate our mission to redefine how we support and enhance our customers' experience within a $100M+ business unit. You will be focused on building relevancy, expertise and focused engagement within portfolio of capital projects in addition to extracting value from the critical installed base of Measurement Solutions products and solutions in North America. You'll lead a diverse team of versatile professionals, building a culture of safety, innovation, engineered solutions expertise and customer-centricity while driving substantial business growth.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Financially and strategically advancing the organization by driving the P&L and business performance of our $100M+ revenue MSS North America Lifecycle Services & Engineered Solutions business unit.
- Drive an evolution of the service model to focus on "Service as Business," thereby improving customer loyalty and response times, and instilling a strong safety culture among field service technicians and dedicated service centers.
- Engage with a portfolio of select capital projects, delivering engineered solutions that demonstrate relevancy, experience and project management excellence within the NA fiscal custody transfer, process gas, sustainability and LNG market segments.
- Building strategic partnerships with Emerson North America Impact Partners to uses their differentiated skills and local presence, improving the overall service network.
- Implementing "digital first" service strategies through sophisticated digital infrastructure, ensuring that business systems, processes, and metrics are consistent with the global MSS framework.
- Leading the organization towards achieving sales and operating profit targets with proficient P&L management, optimizing processes such as the Quarterly POR, labor, inventory, service efficiency, and order management.
- Fostering revenue growth and innovation by improving growth programs and sales capabilities to achieve the highest standard of revenue per unit of the installed base while promoting a digitally-oriented service portfolio that aligns with the unified business systems and process standards across North America.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; MBA preferred
- Eight years of related experience, with 8+ years of management experience in service-centric organizations
- Experience collaborating with sales management and Impact Partners/reps
- Validated experience as a decisive, hands-on leader with strong decision-making abilities
- Ability to travel domestically 50%
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Track record of driving growth and profitability in technical service businesses
- Strong background in asset management, preventative maintenance, and reliability services
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing sophisticated stakeholder relationships
- Office location upon hire in Chanhassen, MN strongly preferred
- Emerson experience or Impact Partner experience highly preferred
