Job Title:   Director, Thought Leader Marketing, Immunology (EAST)

Location:   Remote - US East   

Job Description

As our new Director of Thought Leader Marketing, EAST you will play a central role in preparing the market for Galderma’s first-in-class specialty biologic product with multiple indications.  In this role you will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for driving our engagement strategy and leading a team of field-based thought leader marketing liaisons that will execute these plans and enhance our key partnerships with strategic initiatives that deliver against our core business objectives.  The role partners closely with key stakeholders within the global and US cross functional teams as well as external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead KOL engagement strategies across TML team and cross functional teams

  • Develop and lead strategic cross functional and integrated business planning process, associated materials to include template and business review cycles and support touchpoints

  • Lead speaker bureau KOL management including supporting speaker training, compliance, and product theater speaker management

  • Develop and lead strategic cross functional and integrated business planning process, associated materials to include template and business review cycles and support touchpoints

  • Partner with the HCP Engagement and Strategy team to develop advisory board strategy, content, advisory recommendations, and attend advisory boards as appropriate

  • Compliantly collaborate and communicate with the field commercial team on each assigned KOL to ensure strategic and tactical cohesiveness.

  • Develop a strong understanding of the market and disease state, and identify short and long term opportunities to maximize brand and enterprise impact through professional engagements

  • Develop and lead differentiating strategic initiatives and educational plans to pull through educational programming within region

  • Lead strategic insight summarization, congress debrief and other executive reporting of KOL engagement activities into strategic recommendations

  • Implement key TML tools enabling program optimization

  • Monitor, analyze and interpret latest trends in the market, competition and product performance; communicate insights and strategic recommendations

  • Recruit, train and coach best in class TML Team responsible for driving engagement strategic plans

  • Lead collaborative touchpoints within matrix enterprise

  • Plan and attend key scientific congresses

  • Work with KOLs to validate and optimize brand strategies and tactics.

  • Collaborate with field and training to support execution of programming

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry including 5+ years in product management, TLL, Account Management and/or Sales leadership experience as a must
