Join our global team to grow your expertise and develop innovative solutions that enable a prosperous and more sustainable society. </span></b></p> <p><span>We are looking for a/an <span><span><span>Global Finance Controller (IT)</span></span></span>  to join our <span><span><span>GF_Finance &amp; Controlling, Accounting</span></span></span>  team in <span><span><span>Spain</span></span></span> to support the group with business analysis and drive simplification and standardization across the division to have one common dataset for business analysis.</span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><b><span>Your main tasks and responsibilities: </span></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>Functional budget responsibility for the global Group IT organization across all divisions and management units</span></li> <li><span>Manage centralized IT recharging model, accurate reporting of statistical information (necessary for recharging) and drive for continues improvement </span></li> <li><span>Monitor the IT Cost Reporting of Legal Entities, consolidate and report on budgets and costs</span></li> <li><span>Establish and maintain consistent and timely financial reporting and ensures correct application of relevant system</span></li> <li><span>Support the global efforts to improve finance and controlling</span></li> <li><span>Prepare monthly closing for HQ IT Cost Centers and present financial figures to CIO</span></li> <li><span>Ad-hoc analyses for CFO, CIO and Head Group Controlling</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><span>To succeed in this role, you will need:</span></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span>University degree in either Finance, Business Informatics or a related field with 5-7 years of professional experience</span></li> <li><span>Good understanding of Controlling and Management Reporting, experience with analysis and visualization of (Finance) Data in a Corporate environment</span></li> <li><span>Prior exposure to overhead controlling and headquarter processes such as IT Fees</span></li> <li><span>Experiences user QlikView /-sense or similar reporting applications</span></li> <li><span>Solid SAP FICO knowledge and in consolidation systems (Tagetik)</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines</span></li> <li><span>Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions</span></li> <li><span>Very good communication skills, able to relate to variety of stakeholders from Functions and the business</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b><span>What we offer you: </span></b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p><span>Competitive salary with participation in a performance-based variable remuneration system tied to personal and financial objectives.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Join a skilled, international team with extensive industry experience.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>A dynamic and positive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Modern office facilities in a prime Madrid Nuevos Ministerios location, ensuring a comfortable and convenient work experience.</span></p> </li> <li> <p><span>Additional fringe benefits.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span>No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><b>Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
