<h3>Company Description</h3><p><strong>Red Bull is the world’s leading energy drink, selling over 11 billion cans in more than 170 countries worldwide.</strong> <strong>To strengthen our international On Premise Sales Team in our headquarters in Fuschl am See we are looking for an Assistant to the Global Head of On Premise.</strong></p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>MEETING ORGANIZATION</strong></p><p>Your role involves overseeing a range of meetings, including internal updates, team Jour Fixe, interdepartmental gatherings, discussions with Red Bull markets, and liaising with external agencies. Additionally, you hold complete accountability for managing On Premise Summits & Academies, including communication within the country, acting as the primary contact for all participants, and organizing on-site meetings and night tours. Moreover, you coordinate BP Specialist Meetings by preparing necessary documents, managing team feedback, and ensuring the final department feedback is accurately uploaded to the BP Tool.</p><p><strong>PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GLOBAL HEAD OF ON PREMISE</strong></p><p>You'll also be responsible for coordinating travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and visas, for the Global Head of On Premise Manager as well as managing team travel and vacation requests while creating and overseeing expense reports. In addition, you'll be reviewing travel reports submitted by direct reports and maintaining the team's travel overview. In your role you'll also be preparing PowerPoint presentations as required and organizing meetings and managing calendars.</p><p><strong>INT. ON PREMISE TEAM COORDINATION & COMMUNICATION</strong></p><p>You'll be taking complete responsibility for controlling the On Premise budget, which includes planning, tracking, and monitoring expenditures as well as coordinating various team trainings and gathering internal team topics such as status slides, monthly newsletters, and other related materials.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p>Studies in Business Administration or any other business-related education</p><p>First experience in project and meeting coordination required</p><p>Fluent in English, German advantageous</p><p>Proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint</p><p>Open and positive minded; “put hands on” attitude</p><p>Excellent communication and organization skills</p><p>Quick learner, self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently</p><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1945 gross per month.
