Swingtech is currently looking to fill in a CSAC Support - Senior Business Analyst role. Responsibilities & other details are listed below:

The Senior Business Analyst will support the CISA Cybersecurity Advisory Committee (CSAC) and assist with critical activities that involve strategic analysis, project planning, research, and documentation to support cybersecurity initiatives. This position requires DHS TS/SCI access and involves high-level responsibilities that include managing committee documentation, facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders, and providing subject matter expertise in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide cybersecurity subject matter expertise to support the research and development of key study documents, white papers, and technical materials for the CSAC. Conduct background research and analysis to support committee activities, including consolidation, analysis, and editing of technical reports, articles, and guidance documents.
• Utilize senior-level technical writing skills to synthesize and relay information, developing documents that communicate cybersecurity insights, recommendations, and strategic advice for both internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the creation of technical documents, including technical articles, reports, news releases, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Support the development and maintenance of a committee repository of documents, including membership lists, distribution, file shares, and records in accordance with established policies. Ensure proper archiving of communications and escalate priority messages to the Designated Federal Officer (DFO) when required.
• Assist with drafting outreach materials, including fact sheets, talking points, and reports for external stakeholders. Research key stakeholders, trade associations, and government partners, and develop materials for public communication, including briefing decks, presentations, and meeting summaries.
• Provide recommendations for improving committee management processes, including membership criteria, process flows, and overall committee effectiveness. Analyze operations to identify areas for process optimization.
• Maintain expertise in cybersecurity regulations and CISA initiatives to ensure committee recommendations are aligned with current policies. Provide expertise in cybersecurity topics to inform the CSAC’s work and deliver accurate technical analysis to CEO-level executives.
• Provide full-cycle meeting planning and coordination support, including venue research, agenda development, and justification package preparation. Support logistical needs for committee engagements, working sessions, and briefings. Facilitate meeting summaries, notifications, and other communications.
• Ensure that all materials for public posting, including documents and reports on government websites, comply with 508-compliance standards.
• Support the tracking, consolidation, and adjudication of comments received on committee recommendations and written materials. Provide logistical support for tracking action items and following up with stakeholders.
• The Senior Business Analyst will work under the guidance of Senior Managers and Team Leads to oversee tasks, ensure high-quality deliverables, and maintain effective communication across team members. The Analyst will collaborate with the team to ensure smooth execution of project plans and resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain high-level communication with federal program leads and respond to technical requests within a four-hour window. Provide quality customer service in supporting senior-level executives and government officials.
