Manager, Digital Investigations

Job Description:

Salary Range for this position is $96,000 - $125,000

As the Manager of Digital Investigations, you will lead critical investigations to protect our brand reputation and ensure the security of our digital transactions. You will work cross-functionally to identify and mitigate risks across various areas, including counterfeits, fraud, carrier theft, integrity and compliance. Your role will involve leveraging data-driven insights to guide decisions, ensuring the integrity of our operations while safeguarding intellectual property, customer trust, and financial resources. With your extensive experience, you will be responsible for executing investigations, managing external partners, and implementing strategies that align with the broader organizational goals.

• Lead investigations into counterfeit products to protect brand reputation, reduce sales impact, and safeguard intellectual property

• Ensure compliance with Electronic Gift Card (EGC) standards across third-party providers (BPOs), minimizing outsourcing risks

• Investigate carrier theft cases to prevent financial loss and guarantee secure deliveries

• Leverage Agilence data to conduct internal investigations, addressing fraud and misconduct within the organization

• Detect and prevent fraudulent activities such as identity theft, chargebacks, and theft schemes to minimize financial loss

• Collaborate with Distribution Center Asset Protection teams to identify and resolve internal theft cases

• Identify suspicious financial activities to comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fraud prevention strategies

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and efficiency in investigations

• Report findings to senior leadership and provide actionable recommendations for process improvements
