IBP & PPDS Manager - Supply Chain Management team (ICH Europe)

THE WORK:

• You will: manage transformation & implementation projects for our
  international clients

• You will be designing the to-be processes from an end-to-end perspective

• You will lead the team responsible for Supply Chain Planning: Integrated Business Planning, Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and many more

• You will oversee the most in-demand SCM IT solutions, you will work as a functional manager and you will be managing implementation through all project phases: analysis, design, build, test, deployment

We are looking for Managers with solid knowledge of Supply Chain and experience in at least one the following fields:

• Integrated Business Planning (IBP) / Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Demand Planning

• Supply Planning / Master Scheduling

• Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling

With:

• Knowledge and practical experience with sub-modules of IBP or APO (including DP, SNP, CIF, PPDS, GATP), or corresponding modules of leading planning solutions (o9, Kinaxis, OMP)

• Experience in leading teams / workstreams on comprehensive projects, including those involving end-to-end implementation, support, upgrades, or optimization

• Experience with system configuration based on Solution Design / Configuration Workbook / Business Blueprint

• Experience with preparation & execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts

• International exposure

Our minimum requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP APO and/or IBP implementations and/or PPDS (other leading planning solutions are welcome)

• Minimum bachelor’s degree

• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken). Good level of another foreign language e.g. German, Italian, Russian, French, Spanish, would be an asset

• Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills

• Excellent teamwork and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment
