Job Summary:
The Project Manager III is responsible for the full lifecycle management of large, complex engineered projects, services, and programs delivered to TIC customers. This role serves as the single point of contact for all project-related communication—internally and externally—and ensures successful execution from project initiation through final customer acceptance.
The PM III leads cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and service operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to contractual and technical requirements. This role carries a high level of accountability, autonomy, and influence across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary customer interface post-award, managing all communications, escalations, and status updates
- Lead project execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and service teams
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated project schedules, ensuring adherence to milestones and deliverables
- Manage project financials, including budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and margin performance
- Ensure alignment with contractual obligations, scope, and technical requirements
- Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, including internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Provide regular project status reporting to leadership and customers, including risk, schedule, and financial updates
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, driving resolution in a timely manner
- Handle customer escalations with urgency and professionalism
- Ensure appropriate allocation of resources and capacity planning to meet project commitments

- Provide technical and project leadership guidance to junior project managers and team members
- Lead or support training and onboarding of new Project Managers
- Successfully manage large-scale projects up to $5MM or higher in value/complexity
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel 25%–50%, including customer sites and field operations
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- 5–8+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineered systems environments
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with full lifecycle ownership
- Proven experience managing project budgets, schedules, and customer relationships
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively as the single point of accountability for multiple active projects
