<div data-page-number="1"> <div data-main-rotation="0"><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></div> <div data-main-rotation="0"><br>As a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst, you will play an integral part in executing Peloton’s Customs policies and procedures, with a primary focus on compliance with US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) regulations. Reporting to Peloton’s Senior Manager, Trade Compliance, you will oversee the Customs brokers of Peloton’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Precor Inc, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant payments of import tariffs, and generally maintain and strengthen Precor’s “reasonable care” controls.</div> <div data-main-rotation="0"><br>The ideal candidate for this role is a Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) who challenges themself to continuously improve Precor’s global trade compliance program, partnering cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders (external service providers, Sourcing, Purchasing, Transportation, Product, Legal and Finance).</div> <div data-main-rotation="0"><br><strong>YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON</strong></div> <div data-main-rotation="0"> <ul> <li>Oversee, measure and audit the accuracy and timeliness of Precor’s Customs brokers in the US and Canada, with occasional support to Precor’s EMEA and APAC markets</li> <li>Conduct regular audits of Precor’s import data and duty payments, utilizing CBP’s ACE and CBSA’s CARM portals</li> <li>Assign global Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) Classifications for Precor’s new SKUs and product lines</li> <li>Inform Precor’s global sourcing strategies for new manufacturing and distributing locations</li> <li>Assist in the development and execution of Precor’s value reconciliation and duty drawback programs</li> <li>Maintain timely and complete Customs recordkeeping for Precor’s global imports and exports</li> <li>Conduct Denied Party Screening (DPS) in Precor’s Global Trade Management (GTM) tool</li> <li>Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of Precor’s global trade compliance SOPs and policies</li> <li>Proactively monitor and raise new trade compliance policy developments that have the potential to impact the business</li> </ul> <strong>YOU BRING TO PELOTON</strong></div> <div data-main-rotation="0"> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience working for an importer, Customs broker and/or trade consultancy</li> <li>Comprehensive knowledge of Customs regulations (including recent US tariff stacking rules), the Harmonized Tariff Schedule, and CBP’s value reconciliation and duty drawback p
