Role Overview
As a Sales & Business Development Associate, you’ll be the friendly face who introduces property and maintenance teams to our spot‑repair solution. No traditional sales background is needed; we provide a proven playbook, hands‑on training, and ongoing coaching. Your mission is to follow the system, build relationships, educate customers on repair vs. replacement, and create repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Customer Outreach | Drive to apartment communities, hotels, and commercial sites; introduce our services and schedule on‑site demonstrations.
Relationship Building | Learn each customer’s challenges, answer questions, and become their go‑to contact for surface repairs.
Customer Education | Explain the cost‑savings and sustainability benefits of repairing versus replacing damaged surfaces.
Playbook Execution | Follow our step‑by‑step contact cadence, document activities in the CRM, and hit weekly outreach goals with consistency.
Account Care | Check in after repairs, gather feedback, and encourage repeat work orders and referrals.
Team Collaboration | Coordinate with technicians on job scheduling and share field insights with the franchise owner and senior rep.

- Strong verbal communication and basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, or CRM).
