Program Manager, Go-to-Market Strategy
As a member of the Go-to-Market Strategy team within the North America Sales Organization, you will play a crucial role in increasing efficiency, visibility & prioritization across projects that drive Sales. In this role, you will support the Sales leadership team with owning & up-keeping the Sales project roadmap. Additionally, you will support by serving as the liaison with cross functional teams such as IT Systems, Service, Marketing, Financial Services etc. to manage priorities.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, problem solver, quick learner, detail oriented, organized and thrives in ambiguous and fast paced environments. To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong documentation skills, a results-oriented mindset & the tenacity to manage change effectively.
The Role
- Own & upkeep the Sales project roadmap with changing business trends
- Standardize a project management playbook with guidelines & resources to support consistent tracking & visibility across the project lifecycle
- Experience with providing roadmap summaries and working with project/program managers to provide project health reports in writing and verbally to key stakeholders including executive level audience
- Partner with cross-functional groups within Sales and across company: Sales Planning, Sales Ops & Enablement, Field Sales, Marketing, Digital, IT Systems, Training, Finance, Legal, Accounting, etc.
- Support the Go-to-Market management and team by building frameworks, scalable processes, and general support
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of project or program management experience in the Go-to-Market, Sales or Business Operations space preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal skills
- Experience with project management tools & trackers
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred but not required
- Automotive experience is preferred but not required
- Ownership mindset and team player attitude
- Comfort with navigating ambiguity and managing multiple priorities at once
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors. Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)Base Pay Range (Annual)$90,000—$105,000 USD
