As Manufacturing Program manager, you will be tasked with partnering with Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Engineering, Information Technology, Labelling, Demand + Supply and Operations teams to lead projects related to EU-MDR compliance initiatives, and centralized initiatives.
Your role:
Running a high visibility program across the IGTD business and serving as an executive liaison to educate senior leaders (e.g. functional area VPs) on program status, risk and revenue impact.
You have the ability to engage with and understand in detail the work of functional teammates contributing to the various activities on the program and the ability to speak in detail on the work being performed as well as identify ways to lean out the process and promote efficiency
You are able to maintain an end-to-end mindset across both the Program and also ensure alignment with other company programs/initiatives including ensuring cross initiative (and cross functional) alignment on resourcing and prioritization.
Engaging with stakeholders domestically and internationally for effective planning and execution of key projects across the company.
Understand and develop project management plans that detail resource allocation, project risks and timelines.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience with medical device programs and/or project management and have experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
You have a bachelor’s degree. Engineering and/or medical device is preferred.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
Your skills include the ability to lead teams internationally and a good understanding of EU-MDR. Ability to concisely communicate up and down the organization.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $116,625 to $186,600
The pay range for this position in Minnesota is $122,456 to $195,930
The pay range for this position in California is $130,620 to $208,992
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
