We are seeking a detail-driven, results-oriented Financial Analyst to join our high-energy team in a hybrid work environment, based out of Overland Park, Kansas. Responsibilities 

  • Deliver financial key information on a quarterly/monthly cadence to management and other key stakeholders
  • Analyze financials, including comparative analysis of actual results vs. budget/forecast, in consideration of the company’s goals, and communicate findings to various stakeholders across the organization
  • Maintain recurring reports/dashboards and provide timely analysis of the results
  • Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and customizing solutions that are scalable
  • Collaborate with internal team members and cross-functional groups to gather strategic insight to enable forward-looking, driver-based modeling
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed for management and other stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain complex financial models
  • Special projects to support business unit initiatives as needed

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance or other analytical field preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar analytical role
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate or advanced Excel skills

Skills & Knowledge 

  • A strong business and financial acumen along with an ability to work effectively with and analyze datasets
  • Experience in automation and data management tools (Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, etc.) preferred
  • Clear communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond  
  • Highly organized & detail-oriented
  • Adaptable to change with a desire to learn and grow
  • Works well independently while understanding and supporting the broader goals of the team
