You are not a process manager or a deck-builder. You are a builder who also leads: someone equally at home in a pull request as in a product discovery session, and who gets genuine satisfaction from shipping software that solves hard problems in a complex, regulated industry.</p> <p>You will report directly to the founders, serve as the senior technical voice on the leadership team, and be the person who professionalizes how O.R.
