The Project Manager manages, plans and coordinates the full life cycle of projects. This position ensures that all project goals and objectives are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe, budgetary parameters and to the customer’s satisfaction. Provide project team leadership necessary to meet defined project deliverables and maintains positive working relationships with the customer and key stakeholders. Effective in managing multiple tasks within the scope of work. The position may be required to go on-site 3-4 days a month.
Require an active Top-Secret DoD Clearance.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Proficient in utilizing project management software and tools.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Maintains a solid customer relationship and assures customer satisfaction with the successful execution of the project.
Serve as the administrative point of contact.
Receive, disseminate, coordinate, and track to completion all incoming tasks.
Coordinate daily calendars and ensure operations are accomplished in a timely, professional manner.
Assist leadership in coordinating tasks and information across JWCC to ensure each group remains informed and aligned to the overall strategic vision and schedule.
Coordinate joint efforts with other groups and offices and maintain accountability of all assigned tasks.
Arrange for meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferencing, to include taking minutes, maintaining invitations, and updating attendee contact rosters. Support may also include drafting meeting agendas and setup and operation of audiovisual equipment.
Coordinate special events, meetings, conferences, and work groups.
Provide correspondence staffing support and oversight for all required correspondence actions (e.g., formal letters, memoranda, read-ahead briefing and meeting packages, activity reports, and senior leadership reports).
Perform technical writing and editing, editorial consultation, proofreading, and overall documentation review. Ensure documents are prepared in the appropriate format and are free from grammatical errors. Track all suspense’s to ensure timeliness.
Prepare and assist in the development of briefings and multimedia presentations.
Prepare, maintain, and update informational packages.
Organize, curate, and maintain the electronic document repository as directed.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study with seven or more (7+) years of relevant experience or have equivalent combination of education / experience.
