Job Description
The Asset Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting in the successful execution and management for digital assets across the media team. The Asset Operations team works in tandem with numerous cross functional stakeholders to ensure that all Peacock marketing campaigns take flight as smoothly as possible.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, passionate, process-minded strategist with superior communication skills and innovative qualities to join our team today!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitate overall asset management and flow
- Trafficking final campaign assets to their respective platforms and communicate updates to agencies whilst changes/updates trickle in
- Populate traffic sheets for the agency based off of creative planning documents
- Monitor time-sensitive deliveries
- Indicate what assets are noted as priority for Post Production team to action on for quality control
- Sourcing, editing, and design of numerous digital asset types (using tools such as Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Document & maintain detailed processes and other reference materials
- Serve as source of connective tissue between interdepartmental relationships
- Build custom automated workflows for teams to help support their unique needs
- Find enhancements and other strategic optimizations in workflows
- Manage special projects as needed
- Screen promos and log accordingly for sensitive content
- Provide general assistance to our integral workflow application, AirTable
- Uploading video assets to the Peacock YouTube page
- Support for agencies on internal planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize numerous high-priority tasks at once. Ability to multitask and efficiently manage time and priorities is critical!
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of Asset Operations team
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
- Excellent client relationship & interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working with digital assets
- Familiarity with metadata
- Project management experience
