Company Description
The Advertising Media Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Manager with campaign management and execution of National and Local paid media campaigns while delivering efficiency and effectiveness. In this role, you will focus on campaign planning, execution and management working closely with the media agency. Additionally, this role works with internal advertising campaign managers to create and deliver campaigns that are consistent with our marketing priorities.
Job Description
MEDIA STRATEGY & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Develop integrated media strategy for advertising campaigns working closely with agency partners (including: Media Strategy/Planning/Buying, Programmatic, Social, Search, OOH) to deliver insightful/effective/efficient plans that deliver on our objectives
Execute digital media plans for advertising campaigns working closely with the Digital Media Manager and campaign managers. Media touchpoints can include WebTV, Display, Social, and Search
Responsible for day to day campaign management including media optimizations, budget shifts, and performance monitoring
Work with internal Campaign Managers to ensure creative is built and delivered to spec for media plan execution
Work cross-functionally to ensure integration of Paid, Owned and Earned media
Support with development of measurement plans with media agency and internal teams – Consumer Insights and Data Science
Ensure agencies develop insightful, comprehensive post campaign analyses and learnings are applied to future campaigns as real-time as possible
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Maintain day to day campaign media budgets ensuring consistency across Finance and internal media management platform
Ensure timely billing and reconciliation of media activities working closely with agency partners
DIGITAL MEDIA STEWARDSHIP
Ensure all digital media campaigns are executed in line with Red Bull requirements
Monitor media tracking and data flow across internal reporting systems
Implementation of Red Bull taxonomy across all digital channels
Implementation & QA of tracking pixels across associated campaign landing pages
Understand and leverage all data available to improve media targeting efficiency and effectiveness and ensure a consistent audience-centric approach
Identify the latest digital media trends, partners, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and diversify media plans on an ongoing basis
MEDIA TRAINING AND EDUCATION
Help develop the in-team expertise across all emerging media channels as well as channel evolution based on changing consumer habits
Provide thought leadership and education to ensure internal Advertising and Brand teams are consistently at the forefront of the ever-evolving media landscape
Qualifications
2-4 years experience in Media/Advertising
Consumer or lifestyle brand advertising experience. Agency experience desirable
Robust understanding of all media channels with an emphasis on Digital
Ability to analyze and extract critical insights from data and leverage those insights to strengthen plans
Capability of juggling multiple projects and meeting strict/demanding deadlines
Autonomous, self-starter with a focus on results
Work collaboratively with Campaign managers and agency partners
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Understands and lives the Red Bull culture and lifestyle
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $76,095 to $84,104 + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
