We are looking for an HR Organizational Design & Transformation Manager in HR Data Strategy & Operations (m/f/d), based in Munich.

The HR Data Strategy & Operations team, located in Munich, is a dedicated group of professionals committed to driving data-driven insights and operational excellence in human resources. With their expertise in organizational design, analytics, process optimization, and HR systems, they play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of HR initiatives. The Impact You Will Have 
Reporting directly to the Head of Data Strategy & Operations, you will be responsible for the further developing and maintaining our organizational design principles and managing the business’ adherence to the later. You will work with our HR transformation team in developing and implementing operational excellence within the HR organization, leveraging HR systems and new technologies. 

 

Some of your specific responsibilities could include:

• Maintain the company’s organizational design guidelines in close alignment with AZ Commercial and Allianz Group business objectives
• Ensure adherence to defined guidelines together with the business via regular updates and strategic discussions
• Conduct position planning in close alignment with other functions like Controlling and Productivity Management
• Support within the HR function on restructurings and organizational changes via consulting on organizational design principles and implementation logic
• Support HR target operating model transformation activities, utilizing your expertise in process improvement, especially in the automation and process mining area
• Effectively manage stakeholders and build strong relationships within HR and the wider Allianz environment 

 

What You’ll Bring to the Role

 

• Experience in defining, implementing as well as maintaining organizational design practices for companies
• Excellent analytical skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence in providing insights based on large volumes data analyzed
• Experience in working on target operating model transformations for HR with a specialty on process improvements through automation (e. g. tools like UiPath and MS Power Automation) and process mining (e. g. Celonis)
• Experience with HR IT systems is a plus, preferably with SAP SF, payroll, and ticketing solutions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of strong stakeholder management
• Curiosity to learn something new each day and to find solutions for complex situations
• Pro-active, solution-oriented and driving personality
• Fluent English skills, any other language is a plus
