BYD Nordic is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our European HR team in Stockholm.

This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an international HR environment, supporting HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners and other departments to help build an efficient, people-focused workplace that supports BYD’s growth in Nordic.

Key Responsibilities

Support the daily HR operations, including personnel data management, document filing, and contract preparation.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

Participate in onboarding and orientation activities for new employees and interns.

Help organize internal communication events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.

Maintain HR databases and ensure the accuracy of employee information.

Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.

Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse teams in a multicultural environment.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with a “can-do” attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or Swedish is an advantage.

Available for at least 4–6 months, starting as soon as possible.

Need to have work permit in Sweden.
