Job Description:

Summary:

The Undergraduate Advising Office in the School of Communication is searching for a talented and energetic student interested in working with current and prospective undergraduate students. 

Essential Functions:

• Basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, maintaining student files, photocopying, sorting mail, word processing, and scheduling.

• Respond to prospective student inquiries and coordinates tours.

• Assist staff with prospective student tours, various projects, and inquiries from current students.

Salary Range:

• $17.50 per hour.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Part-Time.

• 10 hours per week.

​ Required Education and Experience:

• Must be an AU student.

• 1 year of related experience.
