Specialist, Community Engagement & Culture - Level Dependent on Experience

What You'll Do: 

• Coordinate with leadership to plan and execute strategic initiatives involving community engagement and corporate culture
• Manage all community interactions and programs for CTI globally
  • Serve as Global Chair for CTI Cares program and ensure program success
  • Expand CTI presence into all globally represented regions
  • Collaborate with HR and CRC for global recruitment needs / activities in community
• Build strategic partnerships with local government/businesses, community organizations, industry organizations, and patient advocacy groups
• Serve as main contact for CTI with external community organizations, including representing CTI on boards and committees
• Manage CTI sponsorships and memberships, including contracts, payments, and benefits
• Create internal and external communication plans for community engagement and culture initiatives
• Oversee internal and external awards for CTI, including applications, communications, and events
• Collaborate on corporate initiatives, such as Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) and Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG)

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years in community engagement, public relations, communications, or related experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, communications or related field of study
