You Are:
An experienced SAP Security Lead with deep expertise in SAP Authorizations and security design. You excel at leading teams, driving end-to-end security implementations, engaging with cross-functional groups, and making high-impact decisions. You bring a proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence across teams to deliver secure, scalable, best practice SAP solutions.
The Work:
- Ensure all security solutions align with business requirements and approved business process designs.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for SAP Security and Authorizations.
- Manage and mentor the security team to perform effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with multiple functional, technical, and business teams across the project.
- Own and influence key decisions related to SAP security architecture and design.
- Provide problem-solving leadership for issues impacting multiple workstreams.
- Define, update, and maintain project plans to manage progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Implement best practices for business function to processes and enhance operational efficiency.
This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Here's what you need:
- Minimum of five years of experience with SAP Authorizations.
- Minimum of three years of experience with SAP IT & Business Controls
- Minimum of three years of experience with SAP BTP Security.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' experience). If Associate's degree, minimum 6 years' equivalent work experience.
Bonus points if:
- You have prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated industries.
- You have hands-on experience with SAP BW/4Hana migrations.
- You have exposure to SAP cloud solutions and modern identity management tools.
- You bring strong analytical skills and excel in problem resolution across multiple teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading SAP Security design in enterprise environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Experience managing large-scale project deliverables and leading technical teams.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
