Salt Dental Partners is seeking a dedicated and experienced EHR Project Manager to lead the coordination, implementation, and execution of strategic Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration projects. The EHR Project Manager will play a pivotal role in standardizing, optimizing, and integrating EHR and related clinical applications within our organization. This role will involve close collaboration with clinical and senior business leaders, multidisciplinary team leadership, and addressing partner needs as they arise.
The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, with as little disruption to our patient and team member experience as possible, with the highest standards of quality and customer service. Additionally, they will be responsible for effective communication, documentation, and planning for subsequent integrations.
Requirements
Essential Duties & Responsibilities for: EHR Implementation and Optimization
- Lead the coordination, implementation, and execution of EHR projects with a focus on standardization and integration.
- Collaborate with clinical and senior business leaders to design and implement workflow optimization and manage change.
- Proactively address high-complexity issues and design decisions, identifying potential problems before they arise.
- Ensure the successful and timely delivery of projects without compromising quality and safety standards.
- Influence and negotiate optimal solutions and progress towards project goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities for: Project Management

Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project management or coordination
- Experience with Healthcare Information Services and EHR implementation and rollout.
- Proven track record of exceptional performance in previous and current employment with positive employment references.
- Strong team management skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- High ethical standards and a history free of complaints.
Salary Range: $80k-$90k
Physical Demands/Working Environment
- The role involves sitting for extended periods, computer work, and physical activities such as bending, climbing, and lifting.
- Exposure to various environmental factors may occur.
- This position would involve some travel flexibility, with anticipated travel requirements between 25-50% of time.
