The pay range above represents the minimum and maximum rate for this position in California. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range. Salary range will vary for remote positions outside of California.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Facilities Administrative Technician will report directly to the Facilities Manager, Facilities Department, and under his direction support all facilities activities. Including department moves, furniture installations in new construction projects, renovations, and routine replacements. Identifies problems with facilities in terms of function and appearance, analyzes potential solutions, plans a strategy, and supports renovation projects to ensure that the space properly support the position. The Technician will be the first point of contact for all employees and external clients pertaining to facilities organization, security badge and access assignments, ShoreTel phone system set up and maintenance, Kantech door access, daily office inspections, ensures office and kitchen supplies are ordered and stocked, and assures general maintenance of the facility and office equipment is performed and manage Share Point CMMS portal.
Work Schedule: Travel to multiple sites and different locations. Flexibility to work beyond normal business hours to handle facility maintenance emergencies and/or duties.

Essential Functions Statements
• Directly or through the administrative support team, oversee stocking of office-related goods and services required by Gold Coast Health Plan.
• Review vendor/service provider invoices for accuracy.
• Oversee facility maintenance to promote a safe, clean and comfortable work environment.
• Direct support to multiple departments, including custodial, shredding, storage, and recycling services and other basic services to meet Gold Coast Health Plan needs.
• Provide suggestions to management on ways to best maximize space usage to Gold Coast Health Plan.
• Make arrangements for furniture installations and routine replacements.
• Respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of preparedness/safety plans.
• Coordinate single and department moves – including but not limited to: distributing desk/ cabinet keys and having phone(s) installed or transferred.
• Coordinate with IT Support and Hiring Managers to arrange phone and seating assignments for new hires.
• Maintain an accurate a log of all keys/key cards, IT equipment, serial numbers, etc., assigned to individual employees. Provide updated copies of logs to HR.
• Maintain and schedule routine maintenance on all copiers, including the replacement of ink cartridges.
• Update and revise office and group lists in Outlook for group emailing purposes.
• Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education:
• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
• Associate degree (two-year college or technical school) Preferred, Field of Study: Business Management
Experience:
• 4 plus years of experience in skilled office management, preferably in a similar industry
