Senior Business Systems Analyst/Developer

We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst/Developer who will be responsible for solution development for our Professional Services and Finance teams. The successful candidate will provide industry knowledge, best practices, standard functionality, translate needs into technical solutions, and understand the Intapp business.

What you will do:

• Become an expert in Intapp’s Professional Services processes and systems
• Partner with IT BSA’s and business stakeholders to understand enhancement goals and to define system solutions
• Act as a Solution Consultant who understands current state business processes, challenges, and their supporting tech stack
• Responsible for development of Professional Services and Finance requirements – including, but limited to configuration of fields, workflows, modules, scripts, custom rules, reports, and dashboards
• Create and modify existing scripts and workflows in OpenAir
• Maintain DealCloud certification and implement technical solutions for Services, in accordance with platform governance team’s guidance
• Pair understanding of the Services business with your deep systems expertise to provide strategic technical models
• Anticipate blockers and identify creative solutions to unblock team and keep delivery on track
• Translate desired business outcomes into an MVP feature set that can be delivered iteratively
• Document business technical requirements and partner with IT BSA’s and business stakeholders to design thoughtful solutions
• Effectively negotiate technical requirements with business leads
• Provide technical maintenance of critical business systems including OpenAir and DealCloud (OnePlace), resolve production support issues, and implement enhancement requests
• Support IT compliance requirements, including SOX, information security, and GDPR

What you will need:

• OpenAir Implementation Experience (5+ years)
• NetSuite Implementation Experience a plus
• Prior implementation/technical experience with CRM/PSA Systems a plus (e.g., Financial Force, NetSuite, OpenAir, SFDC CPQ, SFDC, Provus)
• Experience with technical solutions for Services Delivery, AR/GL, Project Accounting, Revenue, and Services Billing
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills with ability to juggle multiple deliverables and deadlines in an Agile environment
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills
• Maintenance of Platform Certifications
• Bachelor’s Degree

For California based roles, Base Pay Range is $150,000- 173,000/yr .  Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity.  In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
