<p><strong>Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Senior Systems Engineer</strong></p> <p>Work Location: Huntsville, AL&nbsp;</p> <p>Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week; 8 hours per day in office (remote work is not authorized)</p> <p>Relocation: Negotiable&nbsp;</p> <p>IronMountain Solutions is currently seeking a&nbsp;<strong>Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Senior Systems Engineer</strong> to support our customer at Redstone Arsenal, AL in the Utility Helicopter Project Office (UHPO). <strong>An ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field, with 15 to 20 years of general work experience</strong>. Candidates who apply should have strong oral and written communication skills, and have the ability to work effectively with others, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. An active and transferable DoD Secret level security clearance is required.</p> <p><strong>Education, and General Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Bachelor of Engineering degree from an ABET accredited school and 15 years’ experience is required </strong></li> <li>Knowledge of Black Hawk helicopters and their systems, subsystems, and components.</li> <li>Previous experience performing engineering technical program management and systems engineering (SE) preferred.</li> <li>Must currently hold or be eligible to obtain a U.S. SECRET security clearance. Per federal requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job Duties:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Serves on and supports one or more UHPO IPO Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program teams. Assess and derive Customer-Country unique helicopter product verification requirements.</li> <li>Establishing and maintaining IPO TMD Systems Engineering standards.&nbsp; Supervise all program technical leads within IPO.</li> <li>Develop Systems Engineering Standard Operational Procedures, Contract Requirements Packages (CRP) Statement of work (SOW) and Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) Technical Management Division (TMD) Templates.</li> <li>Evaluate contractor proposals to prepare detailed technical evaluations and support USG contract negotiations. Ensure CDRLs are work-flowed, reviewed, answered, and tracked using TopVue or Windchill IAW standard work.</li> <li>Technical management (organizing, planning, and supporting) and SE execution of a technical helicopter development, integration, verification, production, modification, fielding, and sustainment.</li> <li>Assess and derive foreign-partner unique helicopter product performance and verification requirements.</li> <li>Develop and prepare program acquisition strategies, SE schedule estimat
