Job Description: Administrative Assistant
Location Offshore/Nearshore to the US (Remote) acceptable
Work Hours: 4-8 hours per day (Flexible)
Employment Type: Full or Part-time

We are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) managing national projects that require dynamic support from a skilled and organized administrative assistant. Join our remote team and play a vital role in streamlining operations for impactful healthcare initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
-Email Management: Monitor, draft, and respond to multiple email accounts to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- spreadsheet Management: Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets to track project data, reports, and timelines.
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding activities, including tracking new hire documents, scheduling training, and maintaining compliance with documentation standards.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and training sessions for team members and stakeholders.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and organize documents, ensure data accuracy, and generate periodic reports.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for team members and external stakeholders, providing timely and clear updates.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for administrative efficiency and propose improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the remote team to support project-related tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of administrative support experience, preferably in healthcare or clinical research organizations.
- Familiarity with U.S. corporate operations is a strong plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with project management and HR tools is a plus.
Communication
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational communication skills.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Additional Skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
