Job Description
You’ll be powering Issuing Technology
As Management Associate you’ll join the management team of Northern Core Issuing Platforms (NCIP), in an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. You can come as you are and be at your best at Nets.
Your key tasks and responsibilities are:
- Support the strategic efforts within NCIP, driving key initiatives and pushing forward the right agendas.
- Drive/support improvements in our organisational setup within NCIP to align our competencies and secure common ways of working
- Develop and maintain material to support the head of NCIP with clear communication of initiatives.
- Drive meetings and agendas towards Nexi Groups top management.
- Support strategic technology-workstreams across Nexi Technology
Your network will be broad and include many levels of the organisation, so you should be great communicating with many different stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be able to put on top of an already proven tool box, to prepare them self for a management position as a next natural step.
Qualifications

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets.
Your qualifications include:
- Master’s degree, either within business or technology
- Minimum 2-3 years of consulting or similar experience
- Experience in dealing with and influencing a diverse set of stakeholders both verbally and through presentation material
- Prior work with payments, technology or banking is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Excellent English skills, oral as well as written
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to support the above
As a person you are positive and team oriented colleague, with ability to work independently and proactively to ensure successful execution of your tasks. You will have a great support from your colleagues around Nordic and Europe, with collaborative mindset and high level of integrity.
