Job Description

• Identify products/services and best practices that meet the clients’ needs and revenue expectations.
• Maintain professional and service-first focus at all times.
• Manage and retain relationships on assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Audience Development team to optimize current programs and implement incremental product offerings.
• Work with management to reach out and gather feedback on account performance, changes, optimization suggestions, and industry changes.
• Help drive client engagement by identifying opportunities for growth.
• Analyze prospective clients based on their potential value to NetLine.
• Assist in the recruitment of new clients.
• Create and maintain sales development pipeline in Salesforce.com.
• Relay/pass information to other departments in an accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1 – 3 years of experience in Account Management; experience in digital marketing space (B2B Publisher) highly preferred.
• Excellent customer facing presence and communication strategies, both in person and over the phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with both formal and casual communication channels.
• Ability to analyze data using various reports.
• Attention to detail, highly organized and results-oriented.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to learning.
• The pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience
