Job Description
As a Security Professional Dispatch Patrol Retail in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more.
As a Dispatch Officer at a bustling retail and mall location, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities. Your responsibilities include communicating with on-site teams, managing incident reports, and responding promptly to calls for assistance. By maintaining a strong presence and delivering exceptional customer service, you help to deter potential incidents and support a welcoming atmosphere. - Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate communication systems, including radios and telephones, to dispatch security-related personnel and relay information throughout the location.
- Coordinate responses to incidents and critical situations within the retail and mall environment in a calm and problem-solving manner.
- Document and maintain detailed logs of all calls, incidents, and activities as required by site-specific policies and procedures.
- Assist visitors, tenants, and employees by providing information and assistance as needed in a customer service-oriented manner.
- Communicate and collaborate with on-site Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activities and respond to emergencies.
- Follow established security-related procedures and site-specific policies while maintaining awareness of surroundings within the location.

Minimum Requirements:
- A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
