Business Analyst

We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team as a Consultant. This candidate will be responsible for driving cross-functional coordination and operational tasks designed to achieve program objectives. This candidate would be supported by a more senior program manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive cross functional coordination and operational tasks designed to achieve program objectives and support related activities and processes 
• Perform ad hoc analyses on various sets of data to identify trends and patterns as well as make recommendations for process improvements 
• Report program status including KPIs as well as insights, recommendations, and next steps 
• Manage task queues and track assignment across teams to drive necessary throughput by actively monitoring task workloads 
• Support the program lead in engaging with team counterparts to help ensure successful execution of end-to-end processes toward achieving group objectives 

Requirements/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Ideally in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field but not mandatory) 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite(Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate complex ideas simply 
• Ability to work independently and within a team structure to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment 
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues 
• A passion for learning and a desire to grow and develop in business 
• Knowledge of basic statistical concepts and techniques preferred 
• Previous internship or work experience in a business analysis role is a plus, but not required
