General Summary of Duties:

We're looking for an experienced Field Service Electrician to join our team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and upgrading electrical systems in car wash facilities, with a focus on wiring point-of-sale (POS) kiosks. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in both low and high-voltage wiring, a minimum of 5 years of electrical field service experience, and be willing to travel Monday through Friday to different locations within our growing car wash chain.

Physical Demands:

• Extended periods of standing and walking during the work shift. 
• Frequent lifting and carrying of materials, equipment, or packages. 
• Lift 25/50/80 pounds regularly. 
• Regular reaching, stretching, and bending to access materials or equipment. 
• Move safely over uneven terrain or in confined spaces. 
• See clearly and respond to dangerous situations. 
• Safely climb ladders while carrying 40 pounds or more 
• Work in extreme weather. 
• Work in a wet environment and wear PPE correctly throughout the day 

Essential Functions:

• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical wiring for POS kiosks at car wash locations. 
• Ensure compliance with local codes and safety standards. 
• Collaborate with technical teams for seamless POS system integration. 
• Execute electrical upgrades in car wash facilities for enhanced equipment performance. 
• Replace, repair, and upgrade low/high voltage components like motors, controllers, sensors, and lighting systems. 
• Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues, minimizing downtime. 
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for optimal electrical system functionality. 
• Travel to various car wash locations Monday through Friday for installations, upgrades, and maintenance. 
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to coordinate schedules. 
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including diagrams and schematics. 
• Provide detailed reports on completed projects, addressing encountered issues, and implemented solutions.

Requirements

Education: 

HS Diploma / GED 

Experience: 

5+ years of electrical field service
